The Concord Trails Townhome Community in Mableton, GA is a Silver Comet Trail community built by David Weekly Homes, an official "Green Builder" They even donated a fountain park to the Silver Comet Trail. Concord Trails is situated adjacent to the Silver Comet trail in such a way that you feel like the Trail is part of your community. Pull your bicycle or your jogging shoes out of the rear garage and the trail is right there and that is just for starters. If you don't have a bike you can rent or buy one at the bike shop just adjacent to the community and right on the trail. A finer Trail Community you will be hard pressed to find. One look at the model home and you will discover what a perfect contemporary floor plan feels like in a traditional brick exterior with hints of the craftsman style. In my experience, being a TownHome Expert for many years and viewing countless townhome interiors, the model (the Nadine) in this community is so open and spacious you have to feel right at home immediately. If I were giving awards for floor plans this would surely win, hands down! The floorplan is alive and new in townhome design. The Kitchen with exceptionally large island and granite tops is absolutely stunning. If you are in the kitchen~Family center you will feel like you are in every part in the rest of the main level, visually...it is truly the center of the house. Entertaining large groups of friends/family or busisness associates can easily be accomplished in this floorplan. The master bedroom with it's floor to ceiling windows draw you to come stand at them and feel outside in. Wait until you see the master bath! $500,000 townhomes never looked this spectacular and I am not exaggerating in the least. If nothing else, you should take a Sunday stroll through this delightful model. I would be absolutely delighted to take you through and watch you be extremely impressed! Again, I, being a specialist in TownHomes have yet to see a main level floorplan in a townhome community that can compare and I have seem them all.
